System failure during authorization

Today we received many requests (9) from users stating that when attempting to log in to the website, the system identified their data as incorrect, even though they had entered the correct information. At this stage, we do not have a solution to this problem. Our programmer is looking for the cause and a way to fix it. Dear users who have encountered this problem, please do not worry. The administration will not let you down, and everyone will receive their earned funds. Just give us a little time to sort out the problem and please do not flood the support service with your tickets. Those who have also encountered this problem, please write in this thread. Yesterday I've opened a ticket about the matter but today, as everything was fine, i reply to it telling you that can be closed with no further action. | |||
