SkyBUX website is hanging the browser tab!

Hi Admin,
SkyBUX website is hanging the browser tab! I changed several browser but same problem arising. It says website is not properly configured. So it is slowing the surfing. Can you please check the issue & solve it as urgent basis?

We checked, the site takes less than 3 seconds to load, which is within seo standards.
Try clearing your computer cache and browser cookies.

I am new today, but the site VERY LAGGING. The Forum page(s) loading 15-20 secs, the other parts near 25-30 secs. It is not so good to promote and clickin on pages...

EDiT: after 10-15 minutes i regged, seems the pages loaded fast... start promoting... but strange
