Cannot view some ads today

Today I can only view Fixed Advertisements.
But when I try to view Standard and micro, I am getting this message: "You IP has visited this ad in less than 24 hours.
"

That's right, you can view links once every 24 hours. Links that you have viewed less than 24 hours ago are highlighted in duller colors, links that are available for viewing are highlighted in brighter colors.
